Debt Hunt Guides

Tutorials for the quota, the clock, and the wolf that starts hunting at sunset.

Walkthrough Guides Hub

This hub is the map of every Debt Hunt tutorial on the wiki. The game looks simple in the trailer stills — a forest, a gun, a wolf — but the actual loop is a timed debt. You have a limited number of days, a Cash target owed to the Debt Hunt corporation, and a monster that begins its hunt at sunset. Guides here answer the searches players actually type: how to play, how to survive, how to pay, how to control the character, and how to finish the first contract after Update 1.

Start with Getting Started if you have not finished the new lobby tutorial. Then read how to play for the day clock, win conditions, and DarkMarket rules. If nights are ending your runs, skip ahead to survive sunset. If you keep extracting with almost enough Cash, use pay off the debt. Bind keys on controls before you blame the wolf. Photographers should open the camera guide. Shoppers use DarkMarket. Because every contract reshuffles, read procedural maps instead of memorizing a YouTuber’s seed.

What these guides assume

Debt Hunt is a released Roblox experience (30 October 2025) with online co-op, a 50-player cap, and R15 avatars. It is Survival / Escape, not a tycoon and not Blood Debt. Official text from T0pH4t_Studios: procedural generation, earn as much money as possible, pay the collection agency, face a monster at sunset. Badges confirm the rest of the loop we write against:

  • Difficulties: Easy, Medium, Hard, Insane
  • Days you can clutch on the last one
  • DarkMarket as an optional shop (Independent badge: win without it)
  • Camera with a 1000-photo badge
  • Mining, plank breaking, treasure digging, supply boxes, Gems
  • HP, sprinting, last-player-alive wins

We do not invent named guns or secret biomes that the studio has not shown. When a mechanic is inferred from a badge, the guide says so.

  1. Getting Started — lobby, tutorial, first Easy contract
  2. Controls — move, aim, interact, carry a teammate
  3. How to play — quota, days, DarkMarket, win/loss
  4. Survive sunset — night posture and wolf pressure
  5. Pay off the debt — Cash routes and when not to shop
  6. Camera — photos and Master Photographer
  7. DarkMarket — Independent default and buys that print days
  8. Procedural maps — scout a fresh forest every queue

After that, leave the guides cluster for loot tiers, loadouts, co-op, and the run checklist. Codes are optional: the codes hub is empty until the studio publishes one.

How to use a guide mid-run

Do not open five tabs while the sun is dropping. Print or screenshot the run checklist and keep survive sunset for the night phase only. If a teammate is down, the carry animation from official stills is real — practice it in co-op instead of rereading the whole hub.

Each guide page includes FAQs and points at sibling tutorials. If Update 1 moved a lobby button, the patch context is on Update 1, not duplicated as filler at the bottom of every article.

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers to the most common Debt Hunt questions.

Getting Started if you are new, otherwise how to play or survive sunset.

Do these guides work after Update 1?

Yes. They assume the new lobby and tutorial. Patch specifics live on Update 1.

Where do I go after the tutorials?

Open the tier list, then co-op or solo runs.
